Dosu Enterprise Holdings.

Built to own. Built to last.

Thesis

Africa does not lack talent, capital, or ambition. What it has often lacked are institutions structured to compound those things across time, rather than consume them within a single cycle. Dosucorp is being built to be one of those institutions: owned with intent, allocated with discipline, and stewarded with the assumption that what is being built must remain when its current stewards are gone. The group's mandate spans West Africa and North America, with positions held for the long arc of value creation rather than the cycle of any single fund or fashion.

Operating principles

Own quality.

The group acquires and holds positions in operating businesses and investments selected for durability, not optionality.

Allocate with discipline.

Capital is moved across the portfolio deliberately, with patience and an explicit aversion to the dilution of attention.

Build for permanence.

Every position is structured with the assumption that it must outlast the current generation of operators.

Steward across generations.

The group is governed as an institution intended to be passed on, not consumed.

Portfolio

Flagship subsidiaries. A broader base.

Flagship: Financial Services

Stalwart Crest

Stalwart Crest is the group's American financial services firm, headquartered in Dover, Delaware. The firm provides capital to American small and mid-sized businesses through Dosu & Dejumo Capital, its business funding division, and offers strategic counsel to owners and management teams.

Flagship: Agribusiness

Cultor Meridian

Cultor Meridian is the group's West African agribusiness flagship, with origins in the Oladosu family's enterprise activity dating to 1997. Later consolidated into Cultor Meridian Limited and brought under Dosucorp, the firm operates across livestock, animal health, and agribusiness consulting, serving clients across Nigeria and the broader West African region.

Beyond the flagships

The group holds additional operating subsidiaries and minority strategic investments across its mandate corridor. These positions are held privately. Inquiries from peer institutions, family offices, and qualified investors may be directed to info@dosucorp.com.
